Very independent jobs with on-site service of payment terminals and associated technical equipment throughout Denmark.

Logos Payment Solutions A/S is busy and therefore seeking service technicians to handle service and installations of self-service payment terminals and associated technical equipment throughout Denmark. As a service technician at Logos, you will be part of a nationwide team of approximately 35 service technicians.

You will have an independent and responsible everyday life, where you, as a starting point, drive out to customers from your home. You will be attached to one of Logos’ service departments, located in Nærum, Odense, and Randers. This is also where you can pick up spare parts and other materials, talk to colleagues, etc. You will always be able to get feedback from your colleagues all over the country.

Your primary tasks will be installation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving on self-service payment terminals, fuel dispensers, barriers, cameras, level equipment, and other electrical equipment within EV (E-mobility), Refueling, Car Wash, Parking, Travel & Ticketing, Vending, and Amusement & Leisure.

After employment, you will receive thorough training in the products and tasks, including on-the-job training with experienced colleagues.

You must be prepared to participate in a well-functioning duty roster together with the other service technicians.

Professional qualifications

You are a trained electrician with a broad knowledge of electronics and IT and have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience. You may already have experience with self-service payment terminals and associated technical equipment or as a service technician on similar technical products.

You speak and write Danish and are a proficient user of IT. At Logos, we have our own web-based service system where you can find your service tasks/projects and report visit data.

You are conscientious, solution-oriented, accommodating, and flexible in your approach to both customers and colleagues. You take pride in providing excellent customer service and are able to help our customers within the agreed timeframe.

You work independently, are not afraid of new challenges, and are interested in a position that gives you varied working days.
